Hi I'm Carolyn, a Reiki Master Teacher. A Reiki session can leave you feeling that your internal landscape has shifted completely. It may be a first step to discovering new, exciting things about yourself. Or help you make a choice if you're at a crossroads in life and deciding on a possible new direction.

I have over 14 years experience giving reiki sessions and classes, both in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E and in Dublin, Ireland since 2018. I am fortunate to have been attuned to the original lineage by Ariel Sofia Albani. I'm easy reach from Booterstown, Ballsbridge, Stillorgan, Dundrum, Monkstown, Dunlaoghaire, Glasthule and Dalkey.

Benefits of a Reiki Treatment
Master Mikao Usui, the Japanese founding father of Reiki, discovered reiki in about 1910, and it is from him that all the original Reiki lineages come from. Reiki energy enhances the flow of energy between the seven major energy points (chakras) of the body, similar to acupuncture but without needles! During a reiki healing session , blocks and stagnant or "stuck" energy is gently dissolved. Reiki treatments are suitable for all, including children, the elderly, plants, and animals!
What does a Reiki session feel like?
Common experiences may include temperature fluctuations, feelings of floating, weightlessness, relaxation, experiencing pressure and movement of energy, seeing or perceiving colours, heightened perceptions, emotional release. My sessions always include time go over what was experienced during the session.

All is connected.
Just as a tree’s roots must be healthy to support its highest branches, so too must the lower chakras be grounded to bring balance to the third eye and crown as they open. Balancing the chakras is an integral aspect of a reiki session.
The Crown Chakra (purple), located at the top of the head, represents spiritual connection, enlightenment, and universal awareness, I KNOW.. The Third Eye Chakra (violet) governs intuition, insight, and inner wisdom, I SEE. The Throat Chakra (sky blue) supports self-expression and communication, embodying the deeper truth of I AM. The Heart Chakra (pink, green), a bridge between the upper and lower chakras, symbolizing love, compassion, and emotional balance, affirming I LOVE. The Solar Plexus Chakra (yellow) is the centre of personal power, confidence, and determination, I DO. The Sacral Chakra (orange), located below the navel, governs creativity, pleasure, and emotional flow, I FEEL. Finally, the Root Chakra (red, brown), at the base of the spine, represents grounding, stability, and security, affirming I TRUST. Balancing energy helps to keep the aura bright.
