The birth chart is the map of the night sky that tells us about personality, life path, innate gifts - and challenges to overcome. My Dublin astrology readings are based on Placidus charts and influenced by Classical Vedic principals, including essential dignity - how harmonious a planet is in a sign and house. For example, Mars in fiery Aries is very different to Mars in sensitive, nurturing Cancer. The planet is not only essentially altered by the sign but also by the house, or area of life, it sits in. I also look at repeating patterns in your chart - tight aspects between planets, the nodes of the moon, asteroids and fixed point stars. No one placement tells the whole story and the chart must be seen as a whole: we are way more than just our Sun sign!
