Hi, I'm glad you found me!
I am an Usui Reiki Master Teacher in Dublin with over 14 years of experience helping people experience the healing, transformative energy of Reiki. I teach Reiki classes from the lineage of Master Mikao Usui, the Japanese founding father of Reiki. REI (Universal Life Force) KI (Energy).
I cover levels 1, 2, and 3, Reiki Master Teacher training and certification. Karuna-Ki Reiki training is available to all who have completed level 1 and 2 Usui Reiki training. Karuna Ki Reiki is a form of reiki that came from Mikao Usui's first principals of healing compassion to all.
I am based in Blackrock, so within easy reach of Ballsbridge, Stillorgan, Booterstown, Monkstown, Dunlaoghaire, Glasthule, Dundrum, and Dalkey, but people travel from all parts of Dublin.

Reiki Training Dublin - Usui Reiki Levels 1, 2 & 3.
Reiki levels 1, 2, and 3 (The Reiki Master Teacher level), completing your Usui Reiki training. All courses cover the Usui lineage and are a unique journey into traditional Japanese Reiki, the foundation of all Reiki lineages.
The Attunement Process
The experience of learning traditional Japanese Usui Reiki is unique from person to person. The most important aspect of any Reiki stage is receiving the energy for yourself through the attunement process, which allows you to make positive shifts in your life. Everyone can receive and learn Reiki—there are no exceptions, from the very young to the very old! Even animals can benefit from a Reiki treatment!
Each Reiki stage has a specific number of attunements that gently and powerfully introduce you to reiki healing by opening the seven main energy points of the body to bring balance. Some chakras are naturally more open than others, but each one serves a vital purpose—from the roots (grounding) to the crown (enlightenment). Traditional Usui Reiki Symbols
Usui Reiki uses traditional Japanese symbols revealed to Master Mikao Usui, the founding father of Reiki. We also incorporate two non-traditional symbols that were introduced to my lineage.
Usui Reiki Level 1
Learn the principles of traditional Japanese Usui Reiki, including the discovery of Reiki by Master Usui. Understand the energy centers of the body—the chakra system—and the impact of individual chakras on our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Learn about energy protection for yourself and your environment, including how to clear a space, self-healing techniques, and how to give Reiki to others. Receive Reiki Level 1 attunements and symbols.

Usui Reiki Level 2
Learn about distance or absentee Reiki healing, including the ethics of distant healing. Continue your self-healing journey. Learn to give Reiki to situations in the past, present, and future in your own life. Receive Level 2 Reiki attunements and symbols. As well as distance healing, the symbols are used also in in-person reiki healing sessions.

Usui Reiki Level 3 (Master/Teacher)
Reiki Master Teacher training completes your Reiki levels and enables you to teach others while continuing the Usui Reiki lineage. Deepen your self-awareness and self-healing practices. Learn to give guided meditations and teach Reiki levels 1, 2, and 3. Receive Reiki Level 3 or Master Level attunements and the Master symbol.

All courses run for 2-3 hours over 2-4 days, depending on the number of hours dedicated to each Reiki stage. Days and times are flexible. Please contact me for more information about Reiki training, certifications, and available dates. Reiki workshops tend to be small and intimate. It’s also possible to do the Reiki classes one-on-one with me and these are popular.
NEW: Karuna Ki Reiki Master Teacher
Karuna Ki Reiki means "Compassionate Heart Reiki" and introduces new symbols with powerful resonances. Although the Usui Reiki symbols are complete in themselves and you don't need to learn more symbols to be a "better" practitioner, Karuna-Ki can compliment Usui and be a powerful tool.
In the 1990s, other Reiki styles branched off from the original Usui lineage. Originally developed by Kathleen Milner and Marcy Miller as Terra Mai Reiki, Karuna-Ki continues to bring balance to the body through these new symbols.
