My name is Caroline and I am an Usui Reiki Master Teacher in Dublin with over 14 years of experience giving Reiki sessions and teaching, in both Abu Dhabi, U.A.E and Dublin, Ireland.
I teach Reiki classes from the traditional Japanese lineage of Master Mikao Usui, the founding father of Reiki.
I cover all levels of Usui Reiki - Level 1, 2, and 3, the Reiki Master Teacher training and certification. I teach Reiki in exactly the same way I was taught by my own teacher, Ariel Sofia Albani.
The "attunement process" is at the heart of all Reiki classes which is essentially the passing on of Reiki energy from teacher, or Reiki Master, to student.
Every Reiki class I have taught has been unique. Although the classes cover the same subject matter, time and again, Reiki adapts to the energy of the individual and the intentions for healing. As well as learning to give Reiki to others, the focus is always on continuing Self awareness.
Learning Reiki can help you to open up to new opportunities, including new career directions, friendships, creative pursuits and hobbies. It can bring about subtle as well as deep and lasting change over time.
Many of those I have attuned to Reiki Master level have gone on to teach Reiki themselves!
I am based in Blackrock, so within easy reach of Ballsbridge, Stillorgan, Booterstown, Monkstown, Dunlaoghaire, Glasthule, Dundrum, and Dalkey, but people travel from all parts of Dublin.

The Attunement Process
The experience of learning traditional Japanese Usui Reiki is unique from person to person.
The most important aspect of any Reiki stage is receiving the energy for yourself through the attunement process.
Each Reiki stage has a specific number of attunements that gently and powerfully introduce you to reiki healing by opening the seven main energy points of the body to bring balance.
Some chakras are naturally more open than others, but each one serves a vital purpose, from the roots (grounding) to the crown (connection to all that is).
The heart is at the centre of the chakra system,, connecting both the upper and lower body.

Usui Reiki Level 1
Learn the principles of traditional Japanese Usui Reiki, including the discovery of Reiki by Master Usui. Receive Reiki Level 1 attunements and symbols, and integrate Reiki energy by way of gentle but powerful guided mediations, automatic writing, and journaling . Understand the energy centers of the body, the chakra system, and the way these energy centres affect different aspects of our well being - from the Root chakra keeping us earthed, to the Crown, opening us up to new experiences. Learn about protection for yourself and your environment, including how to clear a space, self-healing techniques, and how to give Reiki to others.

Usui Reiki Level 2
Learn about distance or absentee Reiki healing, including the ethics of distant healing, and how to give Reiki to situations in the past, present, and future in your own life. Receive Level 2 Reiki attunements and symbols. As well as distance healing, the symbols are used also in in-person reiki healing sessions. Continue your self-healing journey through guided meditation, automatic writing, journaling and practice giving distant reiki to people and situations.

Usui Reiki Level 3 (Master/Teacher)
Reiki Master Teacher training completes your Reiki levels and enables you to teach others while continuing the Usui Reiki lineage. Receive Reiki Level 3 or Master Level attunements and the Master symbol. Deepen your self-awareness and self-healing practices by practicing using your own intuition, and unique gifts and abilities that have unfolded since the earlier Reiki stages. Learn to give guided meditations, Reiki attunements, and how to teach Reiki levels 1, 2, and 3.

All courses run for 2-3 hours over 2-4 days, depending on the number of hours dedicated to each Reiki stage. Days and times are flexible. Please contact me for more information about Reiki training, certifications, and available dates. Reiki workshops tend to be small and intimate. It’s also possible to do the Reiki classes one-on-one with me and these are popular.

Karuna Ki Reiki
Karuna Ki Reiki means "Compassionate Heart Reiki"
Although the Usui Reiki symbols are complete in themselves, Karuna-Ki can compliment Usui and be a powerful tool.
In the 1990s, other Reiki styles branched off from the original Usui lineage. Originally developed by Kathleen Milner and Marcy Miller as Terra Mai Reiki, Karuna-Ki continues to bring balance to the body through these symbols.
