EQUESTRIAN REIKI, IRELAND

Reiki Master Teacher Dublin - focusing on the wellbeing of horses

Just as humans have energy points and meridians that balance energy across the body, so do every other living animal, including horses.

Horses were a big part of my life as a child, where I both rode and looked after horses in my local stables in the west country, Wiltshire, England.

Years later, I met Alexandra when I taught her Usui Reiki Master training. Together, we now offer equestrian reiki sessions for the well being and harmony of your horse.

Horse Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy practice that offers horses the opportunity to relax, rebalance and simply be. Every session is led by the horse, respecting their boundaries and allowing them to decide how they wish to engage.

Many owners seek Horse Reiki during times of change, following injury or illness, during rehabilitation, periods of stress, or simply as part of their horse's regular wellbeing routine. Some horses become deeply relaxed during a session, while others may simply enjoy a quiet moment of connection and stillness.

Each horse is an individual, and every session is unique. My intention is always to provide a calm, peaceful environment where your horse is free to receive as much or as little as they choose.

My name is Alexandra Török. I'm from Hungary, and now I live in Ireland.

My journey into energy healing began when I was a child.

I suffered from severe headaches that doctors couldn't explain. My parents took me to an energy healer, and after one treatment, the pain disappeared. That experience changed my life forever and sparked a deep curiosity about the healing power of energy.

Over the years, I studied several spiritual practices, eventually dedicating myself to Reiki and becoming a Reiki Master. Helping both people and animals reconnect with balance, peace, and well-being has become my true purpose.

Horses have always been my greatest passion. Through years of learning Natural Horsemanship, working with 3-Star Parelli Instructors Chris Brady and Sarah Brady in Ireland, I had the privilege of developing my skills with their horses and the training horses. This experience taught me that true horsemanship is not about control—it's about trust, communication, understanding, and partnership.

Today, I bring these two worlds together.

By combining Reiki with Natural Horsemanship, I help horses release physical tension, emotional stress, and energetic blockages while creating a safe space where healing can happen naturally.

Every horse has its own story, and I believe they deserve to be heard, understood, and respected.

Nothing brings me greater joy than witnessing a horse relax, reconnect, and begin to trust again. Seeing the transformation in both horses and the people who love them reminds me why I chose this path.

I believe healing begins with compassion, presence, and genuine connection. When we listen instead of forcing, incredible things become possible.

Equestrian Session: Frequently Asked.

How long is a session?

Each Equine Reiki Session lasts approximately 60 minutes, allowing your horse plenty of time to relax and engage at their own pace.

How much does it cost?

€130 per session.

What happens during the session?

Your horse remains in a familiar, relaxed environment and is free to move if they wish.

One of us offers Reiki while the other quietly observes and connects with your horse through gentle eye contact and presence.

This allows us to notice subtle behavioural changes and, at times, receive intuitive impressions that may help provide a deeper understanding of your horse's emotional or energetic well being.

Will I receive a written summary?

Yes.

Following the session, you will receive a personalised written summary of our observations, including how your horse responded during the Reiki session and any intuitive impressions that arose. Every horse is unique, and while some communicate very clearly, others are quieter, so each session unfolds differently.

Does my horse need to be ridden?

No.

Sessions are carried out with your horse in an environment where they feel safe and comfortable. There is no riding involved.

Can Reiki replace veterinary treatment?

No.

Equine Reiki is a complementary therapy designed to support relaxation and wellbeing. It is not intended to diagnose or treat illness and should never replace veterinary advice or treatment.

How might my horse respond?

Every horse is different. Some become deeply relaxed during the session, while others may show subtle changes over the following days. Owners often notice a greater sense of calm, relaxation, emotional release or improved focus.
